Once a mill for grain, it has been transformed into a series of charming luxury apartments. Our Apartments
Spread over five floors, our apartments are all different and unique. From free Wi-Fi to air conditioning, from kitchens complete with appliances and crockery to shared laundry area, our goal is to ensure maximum comfort for our guests.
In homage to our location, just opposite the peaceful botanical garden of Rome, we have given our apartments the names of different plants: Il Fico, L'Acero, Il Glicine, La Vigna and Il Ciliegio.

The characteristic narrow, winding and irregular streets of Trastevere are accompanied by the most fascinating history: chosen by Julius Caesar as the ideal place to build his villa with garden, the "Horti Caesaris" In Roman times, Trastevere became a Jewish quarter in the Middle Ages, a working-class district in the past centuries and today is the heart of Rome’s youth culture.
Pay attention to the traditional daily cannon shot: since 1847, every day at 12 o'clock a cannon shot is fired from the Janiculum Hill, a tradition only interrupted during the Second World War.
